Payment and Orders
Currently, for safety and convenience, we prefer to accept credit cards as our primary payment method. Allow the use of US dollars.
After submitting the order, it will start designing and processing as soon as possible. Therefore, changes/cancellations to the order can only be accepted within 24 hours after you place the order. This means that even if you contact our customer service department 24 hours after changing your mind, it may still be in production or in transit. In this case, once the order is put into unique production or shipment, we cannot change or cancel the order. Please note: For orders that have been put into production or shipped, please refer to the return and exchange policy.
The order may take up to 15 working days to ship. This indicates the time used for handling products and packaging. Customized orders take longer than traditional finished products. Please note that our production time may vary during holidays. After the order is shipped, according to standard shipping methods, it will take approximately 10-15 working days for the order to arrive at your delivery address.
During this process, you will receive your tracking number. Track orders online through email.
Please note that the actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method you have chosen, your delivery address, and your local postal service. Note: The estimated shipping cost is calculated from the date of shipment, not from the date of order. The customer is responsible for the loss due to incorrect shipping information.
Exchanges and Returns
Refund before shipment
Due to all of our products being customized based on information provided by customers, we are unable to proceed with a second sale. To avoid non serious orders, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the consumption amount.
1.During the production process, if the order is cancelled, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consumption amount will be charged.
2. If the order is cancelled before shipment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consumption amount will be charged.
Refund after shipment
1. After shipment, refunds or returns are not accepted.
2.After receiving the doll, we do not accept refunds or returns.
3. If the delivery of goods fails due to the customer's own reasons, and the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or changes the delivery address midway, we will not issue a refund.
Modify

Bobblechief.com reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same account. If such restrictions are applied during the purchase process, we will notify you.

If you have any questions about the color, material, or size of any product, please contact us before purchasing. If the package is lost due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address, we will not bear any losses. In this case, no refund will be issued.
