Refund Policy

Refund before shipment

Due to all of our products being customized based on customer provided information, we are unable to proceed with a second sale. To avoid non serious orders, we charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the consumption amount.

1. During the production process, if the order is cancelled, a cancellation fee of 60% of the consumption amount will be charged.

2. Cancel the order before shipping, and a cancellation fee of 60% of the consumption amount will be charged.

Refund after shipment

1. After shipment, refunds or returns are not accepted.

2. We do not accept refunds or returns after receiving the doll.

3. If the delivery of the goods fails due to the customer's own reasons, and the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or changes the delivery address midway, we will not issue a refund.
