Q: How long will it take to receive my customized carving?
Answer：After confirming the customized statue with our customer service, it will take at least 10 to 40 working days from the day after you place your order to receive your shaking head doll.
Q: Do you provide proof of the figurine?
Answer：Due to the fact that the figurine is a completely handcrafted product, we cannot guarantee 100% similarity to the images you provided.
Within 7-15 working days after completing the face of your figurine, we will send an email confirming the head certificate (only the head).
Please reply with or without agreement within 48 hours. During this period, we will modify the certificate according to your requirements until you confirm your agreement.
If you do not have any reply within 48 hours, we will assume that you have agreed to the proofing, or approve us to ship.
*Please take the sampling service seriously. If you receive the statue and it does not match your expectations, we will not provide rework or refund services.
Q: What if I don't like my small carving? Do you offer a refund?
Answer：No, as it is customized and can be said to be tailored for you. If you don't like it, we cannot process a refund service for you. Therefore, before placing an order, you need to consider it carefully.
Q: Can I add an accessory to my statuette?
Answer：Yes, small accessories are free, such as hats, glasses, and books, as well as milk tea cups and coffee cups in hand. The main accessories (such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, background walls, landscaping, pets, etc.) require additional charges.
Q: Can I make statuettes of celebrities or professional athletes?
Answer：Without their permission, we cannot create customized shaking head dolls for celebrities or professional athletes.
If this doesn't work for you, we can use custom heads from friends, colleagues, spouses, yourself, etc. to create custom figurines of celebrities or professional athletes with the same clothing, posture, body shape, etc.
Q: What if I receive my little statue when I receive the package?
Answer：Our breakage rate is very low, because each statuette is carefully wrapped with PEP foam film and packed in a hard box protected by foam.
If your statue is damaged, please attach a clear photo of the item representing the quality issue within 48 hours after receiving it. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a remake for free replacement.
*Digital photos of damaged products within 48 hours are necessary for our claim for damage. The proof must be sent to us within 48 hours of your receipt.
