Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Answer: Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
*Due to the fact that the statue is hand carved, it takes some time and can only be shipped after it is completed within 15 working days after placing the order.
After receiving this email, please wait 24-48 hours to update your tracking number.
Please remember that the delivery date may change due to adverse weather conditions or holidays.
Q: What if it is damaged during transportation?
Answer: All products are carefully packaged and shipped, with minimal damage. If the shaking doll is damaged, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible. We will redo and replace it for free.
*Digital photos of damaged products are necessary for our claim for damage. The proof must be sent to us within 48 hours of your receipt.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (countries) such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and July 4th are not included in the delivery time.
