When the craftsman has finished making the head and body parts, they will take photos and send them to you via email. At this time, you need to reply to the confirmation email before our craftsman can proceed with the next step of production.
If you do not have any reply within 48 hours, we will assume that you have agreed to the proofing, or approve us to ship.
*Please take the sampling service seriously. If you receive the statue and it does not match your expectations, we will not provide rework or refund services.
