2. Proofreading services
When the craftsman has finished making the head and body parts, they will take photos and send them to you via email for review. At this time, you need to reply to the confirmation email before our craftsman can proceed with the next step of production.
Regardless of whether you agree or not, please reply within 48 hours. During this period, we will make modifications according to your requirements until you confirm your agreement. If you do not reply within 48 hours, we will consider that you have approved the proof and shipped the goods.
*Please take proofreading services seriously. If you receive a statue that does not match your expectations, we will not provide rework or refund services.
3. Shipping services
After the production is completed, we provide free shipping services. You need to provide the correct shipping address and we will arrange for the shipping company to deliver the goods.
4. After sales service
Before the delivery of each shake head doll, we will carefully check whether there is damage, and carefully wrap it with PEP foam film, and finally put it in a cardboard box.
If the shaking doll you received is damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the goods, along with clear photos representing the damage issue. We will arrange for a free replacement (invalid after 48 hours).
